DAY TO DAY
As our Restaurant Supervisor, you handle a wide range of responsibilities to ensure every meal is perfect and every day is successful. You split your time between your managerial duties and working either at the front or in the kitchen. No matter what you're doing, you're a role model for your hospitality team and ensure we perform the best we can.
In the kitchen, you monitor food quality, manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure all hygiene standards are met. You help with daily prep as needed and take care of any repairs or maintenance issues. On the managerial side, you strive to reach all sales and growth objectives. You accomplish this by hiring and training team members, coaching them, and conducting performance reviews to identify areas for improvement. You manage schedules, create new menu items, and actively participate in developing promotional campaigns and marketing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • Restaurant cooking experience
  • Strong knowledge of proper food handling techniques
  • Proven leadership experience and time management skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills

You spend about 30 hours per week at a workstation and 10 - 15 hours on managerial duties. In the hospitality industry, flexibility is key. While we may not always need every team member to work every weekend or both weekend days, having an open availability on weekends greatly enhances our ability to ensure excellent service and maintain operational efficiency.
