As a Perianesthesia Pre-op/Phase II Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering patient care to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Assist healthcare provider and clinical staff in preparing patients for examination, treatment, and minor surgical procedures.
• Demonstrate clinical competence in performing assigned job duties.
• Draw and collect blood and other samples, and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Administer vaccines and medications through various routes.
• Perform urinary catheterization per protocol.
• Schedule referrals for specialist appointments and complete necessary forms.
• Track and follow up on patient appointments and tests.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including compliance, HIPAA, and workplace rules.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations by improving quality and customer service.
• Provide education to patients and families using approved methods and guidelines.
