In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI examinations, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and contributing to our mission of providing excellent patient care through cutting-edge technology. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in medical imaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examinations with precision and care

• Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures

• Operate and maintain MRI equipment

• Implement MRI safety measures to protect patients and staff

• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate patient records and procedure documentation

• Assist in training new technicians and students

• Stay current with advances in MRI technology and best practices

What We Are Looking For:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

• Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in MRI

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an MRI Technician

• Proficiency in MRI protocols and techniques

• Strong understanding of MRI safety principles

• Excellent patient care and communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

• Additional certifications in other imaging modalities

• Experience with advanced MRI techniques (e.g., functional MRI, spectroscopy)

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
