LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an identify an experienced <strong>Payroll Manager</strong> to join a client in Avon, Indiana. <br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br><ul><li>Ensure all salaries, deductions, and other payroll elements are correct and complete</li><li>Analyze the payroll function for possible improvements</li><li>Prep and filing of payroll tax returns (Federal and multi-state)</li><li>Answering employee queries</li></ul><br><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br><ul><li>Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related financial field preferred</li><li>Knowledge of payroll industry software tools</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience as payroll specialist</li><li>Understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices</li></ul><br><strong>Additional Details:</strong><br><br><strong>&bull; </strong>Direct Hire<br>&bull; Work flexibility<br><br>This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
