What the job is:

CPI is looking for someone who has experience and/or education compiling payroll data such as hours worked, taxes, other pay, PTO and benefits withheld.  The ideal candidate with be computer savvy, know how to compute wages and deductions, enter data when necessary and maintain a master payroll record.  Preparation of payroll, direct deposits and periodic reports of earnings, taxes and deductions will also be essential in this role.  CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed.  The Payroll Administrator will also assist with the administration of our benefits program such as health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, paid-time-off and other employee related plans as necessary. 

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years of payroll experience required.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting is preferred. 
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
