Working 5 days and getting 40 hours

"Some Saturdays" required - with day off during the week

No Sundays

*Our *_*Patient Service Center*_ *is expanding! As a member of our team, you will…*
* Receive/make a high volume of calls to schedule and assist patients for their next dental appointment
* Create patient charts on the computer
* Multitask when scheduling the patient with being able to review multiple applications at the same time on the computer
* Ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality.

*The Skills We’re Looking for*

As an ever-growing dental service organization, we are looking for team members with previous experience and impressive qualifications. These include…
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or call center environment.
* The ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills establishing positive relationships.
* A stable employment history and history of consistent attendance.
* Dependability, flexibility, and commitment to providing exceptional service for patients.
