Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer experience to clients via phone, email and chat
  • Process customer policy change requests in a timely manner
  • Responds to all policy inquiries, cancellation requests and sales requests in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate and detail records of client interactions
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact.
  • Generate leads from service calls.
  • Assist Sales team as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Other tasks as assigned.
