Description of job duties: A Temenos Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions using the Temenos T24 banking platform. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. They also ensure the timely and successful delivery of software solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities 1. Designing and developing software solutions on the Temenos T24 banking platform using Java as the primary programming language. 2. Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements. 3. Translating business requirements into technical specifications and creating detailed technical design documents. 4. Customizing and configuring the Temenos T24 banking platform to meet client-specific needs. 5. Developing and implementing new functionalities, enhancements, and bug fixes using Java and other relevant programming languages. 6. Performing unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and stability. 7. Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. 8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including testers and business analysts, to ensure successful software delivery. 9. Integrating Temenos T24 with other systems using protocols such as SOAP, REST, and XML. 10. Developing web-based interfaces and utilizing technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend development. 11. Utilizing middleware technologies such as IBM MQ Series, JMS, and WebSphere Message Broker for integration purposes. 12. Working with Oracle Database and other supported databases for data management and storage. 13. Leveraging reporting and business intelligence tools like Temenos Reporting Framework (TRF) and Temenos Business Analytics (TBA) for generating reports and insights. 14. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve software issues. 15. Documenting software solutions, technical designs, and development processes. 16. Staying up to date with the latest Temenos T24 features, functionalities, and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Need candidates with min 7+ years of hands on experience as Temenos Developer 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Temenos Developer or similar role, with expertise in developing software solutions on the Temenos T24 banking platform. 3. Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its relevant frameworks. 4. Familiarity with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 5. Experience in integrating systems using SOAP, REST, and XML. 6. Proficiency in working with Oracle Database and other supported databases. 7. Understanding of middleware technologies like IBM MQ Series, JMS, and WebSphere Message Broker. 8. Knowledge of reporting and business intelligence tools like Temenos Reporting Framework (TRF) and Temenos Business Analytics (TBA). 9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 10. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. 11. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 12. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. 13. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus. 14. Temenos certification or training is desirable but not mandatory.
