Sr. Manager of Partnership Marketing

for our client’s Home Entertainment division. This is a long-term contract role, working out of the office in Ridgefield Park, NJ.

Candidates must be locally based or willing to relocate at their own expense.

OVERVIEW:

Seeking a Senior Manager of Partnership Marketing for the Home Entertainment division. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic partnership marketing plans for TV, Home Audio, and Memory businesses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of partnership marketing, from strategic planning, partner identification and evaluation, partner negotiation, and the development and execution of joint marketing initiatives. We are looking for a person with strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the consumer electronics industry. The ideal candidate will also have their finger on the pulse of culture, identifying partnership opportunities that are not always obvious, but work to achieve the marketing objectives of the brand. The individual in this position will work closely with other key members of Home Entertainment Integrated Marketing and Product Management to bring the initiatives to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Develop and execute partnership marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Identify and cultivate relationships with strategic partners, negotiate partnerships, and create partnership pitches.

Lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive visibility, engagement, and sales.

Collaborate across teams to integrate partnership initiatives and optimize marketing efforts.

Manage partnerships to ensure alignment with business goals and measure campaign effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 8 years in partnership marketing, sponsorship or business development preferably in consumer electronics or home entertainment.

Proven track record of successful partnership marketing campaigns.

Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Must live locally, work on-site M-R, option to WFH on Fridays. 10% travel required.
