Standard Description Position Summary • Defines the Marketing Strategy for the Brand in the Affiliate • Builds and drives the 360° consumer marketing plan across all media channels • Drives A&P mix optimization • Defines the Consumer Journey(s) combining all communication and distribution channels *DP & forecasting *Merchadising focus and priorities Job Description ENSURE CONSUMER MARKETING STRATEGY RELEVANCY IN EMEA

Defines and owns the Consumer Calendar (launches, key shopping moments, retailers activations…) for all channels, working closely with Product Marketing, Trade, Online and Commercial teams ·

Build consumer marketing calendar including A&P quarter and priorities ·

Push the collaboration with OL with the 360-degree approach ·

Working with Product Marketing Manager to support the strategy (360 file, Launch report, templates for ad-hoc request etc.) ·

Consumer Engagement strategy, aligning Media, communication and CRM strategy with budget guidelines ·

Collaborate with Online manager to drive Online growth and ensure consistency with media activations (digital, social and traditional) and in-store activations. ·

Ensure VM consistency within all touchpoints and ensure assets delivery for each touchpoint. ·

Analyze sell-out results (NPD, Retail Sales dashboard) and share consumer/market learnings. ·

Identify new local opportunities to reach new consumer segments. ·

Develop digital, social and CRM focus. ·

Leads and orchestrates Paid, Owned and Earned activities, giving clear guidelines and objectives and ensuring smooth flow of information. ·

Leadconsumer insights and data, infusing the overall team. ·

Define ‘sampling strategy’ and collaborate with Product Marketing Manager to ensure consistent FC and usage plan. Qualifications Work Experience & Profile ×
