Also communicate effectively with PC on previous or next shift.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Review line sheets for changeovers, special labels, chep pallets, etc.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Follow schedule priority according to line sheet</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Understanding Epicor and use of job tracker <b> </b></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Communicate changeover status (pounds left or cases left) with Supervisor, PMO, Baker, and QC <b> </b></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Minimize and rework any overruns on shift. Communicate all overruns to Supervisor <b> </b></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Print off lead labels and first case verifications (provide to packers for each sku ran) and order all supplies needed for the job <b> </b></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Set up the job accordingly with boxes, labels, a scale, tape, and skids <b> </b></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Refill the Zebra printers with labels and ribbon as needed <b> </b></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Set up the tape machine <b> </b></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Load job into computer for Zebra printer and verify with lead label<b> </b></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Set up the bulk lines accordingly to lead label, color bags, boxes, etc.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Understand and follow WIP procedure</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Assist quality with hold procedure as needed</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Ensure no damaged cases leave packaging room; assist with repack as needed</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Pull finished product to the wrapper or to the warehouse staging area</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Ensure all skids have correct LP</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Wrap skids and place them in the holding area until they are license plated</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Print license plates and apply accordingly </span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Continually work on housekeeping</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Follow all safety rules and policies, general work rules and policies</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Complete all required trainings, including Alchemy, timely <b> </b></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">All other duties as assigned by supervisor<b> </b></span></p> </li> </ul> <p align="left"><span style="font-size:14.0px"> </span></p> <h1><span style="font-size:14.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></span></h1> <ul> <li align="left"> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">High School diploma or GED</span></p> </li> <li align="left"> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">1-month related experience or training </span></p> </li> <li align="left"> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Proficiency of the English language (read, write, and speak English)</span></p> </li> <li align="left"> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Ability to effectively present information to other employees of the organization</span></p> </li> <li align="left"> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Basic math skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and be able to pass math test</span></p> </li> </ul> <p align="left"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><b> </b></span></p> <h1><span style="font-size:14.0px"><b>Physical Demands and Work Environment</b></span></h1> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
