Develop strong relationships with IT leaders, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

Exceed ambitious sales goals and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Required Qualifications: 8+ years o

f experience in B2B enterprise (SaaS) technology sales, ideally focused on IT infrastructure management.

Strong understanding of open source and database technologies (NOSQL or DevOps experience a plus).

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and achieving success with net new accounts.

Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling sales presentations.

A meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Bonus points for: Experience selling solutions that compete with Redis Labs, DynamoDB, Confluent, Hazelcast, MongoDB, or similar big data technologies.
