Job Objective

Provide
administrative and general
coordination
of
programs and
events in
support
of
the Program
and Youth
Department
.
Essential Functions:
Handle inquiries from corps officers and others for the D
ivisional

in handling requests;

arise.
Arrange meeting facilities and amenities, including catering
for
meetings.
Maintain War Cry
, Right

ow Media
,
and other periodical
subscriptions.
Maintain divisional and metro event database for calendars
and coordinate calendar
planning
day.
Maintain confidentiality of all written/verbal communications and information as required by statute and policy/
procedure.
Maintain program files according to standardized filing methods and purge records according to disposition of file
procedures.
Provide coordination

planning
committees for
major overnight divisional events such

Develop, distribute, and synthesize satisfaction surveys following divisional events.
Support the division in the Corps Management System through
training

user support
, and yearly rolls & revisions.
Assist with
Women's Ministries reviews.
Assist
with
the
preparation and scheduling of annual corps reviews.
Give administrative support to the DSP for Women's Auxiliary
Maintain the organization, product purchasing, and
inventory for the Program Department storage areas including the Kansas Room supply closet.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma
required
;
some college preferred
Experience:
Minimum three
years
' experience
in related field preferred; minimum three years' administrative
assistance
experience
using Microsoft Office products including Word, Publisher,
Excel
and PowerPoint; experience in graphic design preferred
Certifications/Licenses:
None

Ability to generate routine
correspondence
Ability to support and promote

Good organizational skills
Good communication
skills including verbal and
