Our Approach. </b> <br> <br> <b>JOB SUMMARY:</b> <br> <br>The Fulfillment Specialist coordinates with the organization's supply chain and oversees logistics in support of the order fulfillment function. Performs work under direct supervision.<br> <br> <b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b> <br> <ul> <li>Ensures that customer orders are appropriately entered into the order management system.</li> <li>Measures product demand or prepares forecasts based on pending or historical orders and develops purchasing, inventory, or production plans to ensure that orders can be fulfilled.</li> <li>Seeks to maximize sales/revenue while minimizing cost/waste.</li> <li>May confirm details and availability of large, complex, or custom orders.</li> <li>May contact customers regarding backordered orders or orders that cannot be fulfilled.</li> <li>And other duties as assigned.</li></ul> <br> <b>Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:</b> <br> <ul> <li>Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.</li> <li>Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.</li> <li>Oral and written communication skills.</li> <li>Higher level computer skills.</li> <li>Mathematical skills and analytical thinking skills.</li> <li>Statistical knowledge and problem-solving skills.</li></ul> <br> <b>Education and Experience:</b> <br> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree or 2 to 4 Years of experience in order fulfillment and inventory management.</li></ul> <br> <b>Work Environment</b>: This job operates in a professional office environment.
