Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Placing candidates into established accounts as well as winning new client accounts.
- Working on direct placements with an average fee value of $20K-$25K.
- Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
- Ensuring all candidates undergo a "best candidate" experience.
- Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
- Arranging candidate interviews.
- Attending client meetings.
- Being involved in sales and business development.
- Attending industry networking events.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience of working in direct hire recruitment within the oil and gas, energy or renewables sector.
- Able to demonstrate business development success within the recruitment industry.
- Experience of engaging with senior level stakeholders.
- Excellent candidate sourcing skills.
- Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
