Summary Join our team as a Clinical Practice Nurse 1! Under the guidance of our Clinical Leader or Manager and practice providers, you'll deliver top-tier patient care, encompassing assessment, treatment, planning, and evaluation. Utilizing your expertise in growth and development principles, you'll tailor care to meet age-specific needs, interpreting clinical data effectively. Engage in compassionate patient relationships, collaborate seamlessly with the healthcare team, and exercise sound judgment in nursing interventions. As part of our family medicine practice, you'll handle a diverse range of services, from newborn care to minor surgery, working closely with various medical specialties and programs for comprehensive patient care. Education Minimum requirements: Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing. Experience Demonstrated ability to effectively and positively interact with a multi-disciplinary staff, patients, and others. At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
