The Client Relations Manager role is to manage a portfolio of assigned clients, the client scorecard process, monthly client performance calls, portfolio timeline oversight, client survey requests, assist in developing new business from existing clients and prospects while actively ensuring overall satisfaction from the portfolio of assigned clients. For this high-profile role, strong communication skills and a customer service attitude are essential. As a Client Relations Manager, you should also be results-driven and help us achieve our business goals. Client Relations Manager responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with firm leadership, understanding all divisions across the firm, and preparing portfolio reports. The Client Relations Managers will connect between clients and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and improve the entire client experience. Our ideal candidate can identify client needs and exceed client expectations. Ultimately, a successful Client Relations Manager will collaborate with our Operations and Compliance teams to achieve timely and error free file resolution and grow our business. Operate as the lead point of contact for all internal escalation matters specific to your assigned clients, and others as needed. (These escalations will occur once all internal and external resources and firm escalation guidelines have been followed. Internal performers must escalate issues using their manager, Insight and external contact matrices for clients prior to escalating to the Client Relations team.) Operate as the lead point of contact for any/all escalation matters coming into the firm from the assigned clients in your portfolio, and others as needed. Proactive nature as the liaison between clients and Firm departments. Communicating and working with attorneys and partners at the firm to exceed the expectations of our clients. Work as the liaison between the client and our IT department to ensure that all programming and automation for all reporting and client systems is implemented in a timely and efficient manner. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client accounts and foster a positive perspective of the firm for the client. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to clients and internal executive teams Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed client expectations. Driven towards helping facilitate perfect scorecard metrics and top ranking status for the firm. Prepare reports on account status. Identify and grow opportunities within footprint and collaborate with operations teams and Marketing Director to ensure growth attainment. Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively. Communicate Client(s) goals and represent the Clients’ interest to the Firm. Assist Compliance with onsite and offsite client reviews. Review and help resolve Delayed 60+ days inventory and Inactive 45+ days inventory.

Position Requirements

Proven work experience as a Client Relations Manager, Key Client Relations Manager or other relevant experience Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Solid experience with law firm/mortgage servicer software and MS Office Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing or equivalent industry experience *Some travel may be needed via air or car.
