CDL Driver

• Reviews and confirms shipping notifications and driving schedule as provided by Production Manager.
• Loads products and materials in trailers and trucks.
• Ensures timely delivery.
• Ensures proper receipt of delivery confirmation.
• Performs necessary housekeeping activities to include, but not limited to cleaning of the yard.
• Provides assistance as needed with miscellaneous projects, not limited to, but including: office moves, facility clean-up and general shop organization.
• Physically able to safely and efficiently perform the physical requirements of this position.
• Demonstrates flexibility in work hours to include availability for overtime hours as required by management.
• Insurable as defined by the Company’s vehicle insurance carrier.
• Effectively communicate with all co-workers.
• Assists as needed with miscellaneous projects, office moves, facilities clean up and general shop organization and cleanliness.
• Attends all necessary meetings as required by management.
• Provides care and security for all company vehicles and equipment

• A high school diploma or equivalent. 
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must demonstrate strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to read written instructions and maps/directions.  A
• bility to be self-directing with limited supervision. 
• Strong team player with the ability to build and foster working relationships.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
