Support Representative I, Inventory Control

POSITION PROFILE

Responsible for the data entry and maintenance of all inventory product movement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assists in updating a database to track the location, transfer and disposal of product.
  • Prepares and generates monthly/quarterly reporting for inventory management.
  • Assists in the preparation and conducting of physical inventories on a quarterly and annual basis as required.
  • Reports to management areas of concern regarding issues within inventory control.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications)
  • High school degree or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Business Suite is required.

KNOWLEDGE, Skills And Abilities
  • Possesses adequate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possesses teamwork attitude.
  • Ability to interact professionally at all levels internally and externally.
  • Ability to review and understand general instructions, prepare and provide basic information

Working Conditions, MENTAL aND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
  • Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
  • Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.). Moderate dexterity regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
