<strong>Job Title: Imaging Representative (office associate)</strong><br><br><strong>Contract to hire opportunity in an investment bank</strong><br><br><strong>Location: Mill Creek, WA 98012</strong><br><br><strong>Office Hours: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM PST</strong><br><br><strong>Pay: $20 an hour</strong><br><br><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br><ul><li>Under direct supervision, uses basic knowledge and skills obtained through on-the-job training to prepare, sort, scan and index documents for the imaging process</li><li>Resolves routine questions and problems</li></ul><br><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong>:<br><ul><li>Review and distribute documents received from branches and/or other departments</li><li>Scrutinize branch scanned documents for acceptability into workflow</li><li>Assemble and prepare documents for scanning</li><li>Ensure resolution quality is within department standards</li><li>Assign account numbers to incoming documents</li><li>Ensure the proper maintenance of folders containing imaged documents</li><li>Research change requests effectively gather all relevant information in order to resolve issues</li><li>Audit and prepare paperwork for archiving and recycle</li><li>Scan documents and maintain scanners on a daily basis</li><li>Work independently using initiative to solve problems and contribute to team efforts</li><li>Assignments and duties will vary widely based on department needs and priorities</li><li>May assist with special projects</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned</li></ul><br><strong>Skills:</strong><br><ul><li>Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of general office concepts including faxing copying and filing</li><li>Home Office policies and procedures</li><li>Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases</li><li>Organization of workload and attention to detail sufficient to handle high volume of documents</li><li>Demonstrate efficiency and flexibility in performing multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Communicate effectively, both orally and writing, with internal associates and external contacts at all levels</li><li>Provide a high level of customer service</li><li>Learn and interpret department policies, procedures, and requirements</li></ul><br><strong>Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:</strong> High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six (6) months general office experience preferred<br><br><strong>Required Skills:</strong><br><br>SCANNING<br><br>TYPING/FILING<br><br><strong># of Positions: 2</strong>
