PROPERTY MANAGEMENT- SELF STORAGE SPECIALIST

* Provide Customer Service by Helping Customers Understand their Needs, Recommend Storage Solutions
* Property Management Duties
* Assist Reservation and Walk-In Customers (In Person and on the Phone) in Renting Storage Units
* *Must be willing to drive to other locations up to 20%.*
* *Must have good driving record and drive our truck.*
* Retail Sales of Boxes & Moving Supplies; Selling Tenant Insurance
* Ensure Property is Customer Ready by Cleaning Units
* Making Sure Property Appearance is Safe and Welcoming
* Collects Revenue by Receiving and Recording Payments
* Manage, Verify, Balance Cash Drawer; Prepare and Make Daily Deposits
* Conducts Welcome, Collection, and Other Types of Calls and Documents Notes in System
* Bilingual a Plus
