Job Description:    

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team and work with children aged three to five years old in an early intervention setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric occupational therapy and a deep understanding of child development in this age group.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine developmental needs and goals for each child.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on play, self-care, social participation, and motor skills.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with children aged three to five years old preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
