Position Details:

We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our primary care team. This role is 100% outpatient adult medicine with no call required. Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants Role Scope:

Under established guidelines and in collaboration with the practice physician(s), Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants perform routine physical examinations, formulate treatment plans, and provide appropriate care within the scope of practice.

Qualifications:

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
• APRN or PA license
• 2+ years' experience in primary care or relevant outpatient setting
