Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $75,590.00 - $84,950.00.

Your schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm.
Your mission & responsibilities as an Occupational Therapist:
This position is vital because it directly contributes to the core mission of our organization: to help children succeed and to support our team in their professional journeys. You will perform a variety of duties to diagnose, treat, and prevent feeding, sensory, fine motor, executive function and behavior concerns of the family.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will be:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose feeding, sensory, fine motor, executive function, and behavior disorders using standardized tests and observational methods.
Develop and implement treatment based on individualized treatment plans to address specific needs, providing therapy to improve sensory, behavior, executive function, and feeding skills.
Track and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessment and patient feedback.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals and families to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
Educate and counsel families and caregivers on occupational therapy disorders and strategies to support therapy at home.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
Engage in continuing education to stay updated with advancements in the field and participate in professional organizations and conferences.
Required experience and qualifications:
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Valid Arizona state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
