Weekend Nurse Supervisor Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Brickyard Healthcare. As a Weekend Nurse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents on Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Responsibilities:- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Specialists, and other personnel to ensure effective and efficient care delivery.
- Implement plans of care consistently and effectively, with a focus on resident-centered outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to share information and adjust care plans as needed.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
- Demonstrate understanding of state and Federal rules and regulations governing nursing practices.
- Ongoing pursuit of Continuing Education Credits in clinical subjects, management, and personal growth and development.
