Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Providence in Waco, Texas. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective care delivery.
- Communicate patient condition and care plans with the healthcare team and family members.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or current RN license to practice in Texas.
