About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Observation Unit team at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective coordination with the healthcare team.
- Monitor and record patient condition, communicating updates as necessary.
- Coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
