About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Post Surgical Unit at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, implementing and monitoring care plans, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
