ABA Therapist Needed

Bridgeline Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team and make a positive impact in a Special Education Day School in Levittown, NY. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support and intervention to children with special needs.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies to promote skill development and behavior management.
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Certification or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience working with individuals with special needs is preferred.
