staffing for call-offs, on call as needed, organization of the shift
communicates and assists with admissions
discharges and pre-certifications
ongoing preparation for surveys
provides new hire orientation
maintains positive working relationship with co-workers
properly instructs and guides subordinates in client care
responds to; and effectively resolves all client and or staff problems/issues in a timely manner
Communicates all client and staff issues with Nursing Supervisor

Technical Competencies: To ensure the delivery of quality nursing care to all clients through the provision,
supervision, direction and management of client care. Strong background in supervisory duties, knowledge of
HIPPA laws, state licensing regulations, trainings as required. Knowledge of CARF regulations.

Requirements
Education, Experience:
Possesses current RN’s license in Pennsylvania and demonstrates sound leadership skills including time
management, organization, prioritization and sound written and oral communication skills.
