Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversees the budget, financial reporting, and tax planning per GAAP standards. Responsible for financial health and activities of the business. Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community. Forecasts future revenue needs, analyzes expected revenue streams and profit while maximizing cash flow. Reviews monthly financial statements and establishes policies to ensure accuracy of reports. Negotiates with lenders and other sources of funding for optimal financing. Provides financial analysis and decision-making support for CEO and Leadership Team Oversees day to day finance and accounting operations Reviews and manages internal controls, processes, and procedures. Assists in personnel forecasting and expenses related to human capital strategy. Creates and sustains healthy vendor, banking, and contractual relationships. Evaluates and oversees risk management, insurance needs, legal and government affairs. Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances. Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Education, Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related and relevant field. MBA preferred CPA required 6 years' experience as CFO Heavy equipment sales or rentals and or construction related experience preferred Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methodologies. Experience in financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, strategic planning, vision, process improvement, forecasting, corporate finance, developing budgets. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office 365/Excel
