Position Summary
As a Proposal Coordinator at Pioneer Technical Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by overseeing the development and submission of compelling proposals. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional proposal management to include social media and marketing activities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and enhancing our brand presence. The position will be responsible for ensuring proper format and guidelines are established early in the proposal cycle. This position will keep the proposal team on task and make sure all critical review guidelines are being followed. After receiving proper authorization from the Project Manager, this position will be responsible for taking/posting current, up to date Social Media posts on projects going on at Pioneer. Candidate must have a valid driver's license.

Proposal Strategy: Develop proposal strategies, win themes, and value propositions based on specific Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Qualifications (RFQ). Ensure alignment with client requirements and evaluation criteria.
Lead Proposal Development: Coordinate proposal efforts from inception to submission. Collaborate with technical experts, business development, and other stakeholders to create high-quality proposals.
Content Creation: Write, edit, and review proposal content. Ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with RFP guidelines.
