Account Executive

Salary: $90,000 base, OTE $150,000 (first year)

Role Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our software platform to construction, architecture, civil engineering, and homebuilding companies. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and build long-term relationships with industry decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target key prospects in the construction, architecture, civil engineering, and homebuilding sectors
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless implementation of the software for clients
• Track sales activities, update CRM regularly, and report on progress
  

• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably selling into construction, architecture, civil engineering, or homebuilding industries
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with the construction industry's challenges and workflows is a plus
  

• Base salary of $90,000 with an expected first-year total earnings of $150,000 (base + commission)
