We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Pneumatic Assembly Technician to join our team for an 8-12 week project. This role involves building panels, junction boxes, and related components for automated equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics, as well as the ability to assemble and wire various control systems. Must have some working knowledge of electronic assembly.Commitment: 8-12 weeks, with potential for future employment (contingent on project needs and performance).Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.Pay will be between $19-21/hrSteel-toed shoes required.Responsibilities:Consult and interpret schematics and specifications for assembly and wiring tasks.Verify and prepare electrical and pneumatic components according to project requirements.Install and wire electrical and pneumatic devices, including control panel inserts and remote consoles.Use electrical and mechanical hand tools as required for assembly and installation.Assemble and wire components within control cabinets.Install door hardware and control cabinet fans.Read and interpret both internal and external electrical prints and pneumatic schematics.(Optional) Operate a forklift for component handling if needed.Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMSkills:(Optional) Forklift operation experience.Education:No Degree RequiredExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics.Experience with assembling and wiring control panels, junction boxes, and related equipment.Skilled in using electrical and mechanical hand tools.Ability to work independently and efficiently in a structured environment.If this sounds like a position that you would be interested in, we invite you to apply!
