Facilitate and participate in stakeholder meetings. Lead, mentor, and develop project staff. Ensure the quality of design and technical service delivery on transportation projects. Write and negotiate proposals with clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Manage project budgets, invoicing, and financial performance. Handle technically complex projects. Stay informed about regulatory changes. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in highway design. Proven experience in managing projects. Exceptional leadership skills and client interaction experience. Proficiency in design software. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. TX PE license preferred.
