Graduate education may be substituted for the experience on a year for year basisESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPosition SpecificWrites clear, accurate, and timely progress notes consistent with each contact/visitParticipates in the development of individualized family plans with other members of the TBS teamAttends weekly staff meetings, consultation, and case management meetings as scheduledAccountable for individual time managementDevelops and maintains positive relationships with agency and community programsUtilizes resources to utilize behavior interventions and strategiesForms positive, constructive relationships with children and their familiesIdentifies strengths, skills, and positive qualities in children and familiesIdentifies temporary and sustainable resources and services within family and community environmentsObserves and evaluates behavior, then completes a Functional Behavioral AnalysisUtilizes the Functional Behavioral Analysis to implement change programmingRecords behavioral data to ensure accurate tracking of target behavior changeMakes recommendations to modify goals as indicated by behavioral dataMakes recommendations for all phases of treatment, including termination of TBS servicesMaintains accurate and timely recordsFollows all agency policies and proceduresFollows all agency, State and Federal health and safety rules and regulationsSeeks out clinical information and advice as needed, accepts constructive feedback and reasonable recommendations from supervisorMentors new TBS Behavioral AnalystsMaintains ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the familiesAgency SpecificPerforms all duties in a manner consistent with the principles and values of agency, while adhering to applicable professional codes of ethics, the agency's policies and procedures, contractor requirements, and regulatory requirements.Model and communicate appropriate positive attitudes toward the agency's Mission, Vision, and ValuesWork collaboratively with all agency programs and staff to provide support as neededUtilize and maintain calendar with all work-related details in order to manage time effectively and share calendar information with coworkersParticipate in on-going training to expand and develop professional skillsPerform other duties as necessary for the agency, as assignedEmployment At-WillEmployment at the Agency is terminable at-will, which means that employment may beterminated at any time, without cause or reason, by either the employee or the Agency.
