About MyAgency MyAgency is a healthcare staffing agency created by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. We seek reliable people  who embrace our high-quality care and performance standards but want the flexibility of a staffing agency. MyAgency team members will only work at Presbyterian SeniorCare Network communities and therefore will be trained and become familiar with our methods of delivering care.  In exchange for a higher wage, MyAgency team members are expected to be available for work in multiple communities. Your wage is based on how many shifts per week you are willing to work. The more you work, the higher your wage. Open shifts are available in, and may be selected from, communities in either our Northern or Southern Network. Northern Network:
  • Erie, Pa: Manchester Commons
  • New Wilmington, Pa: Shenango on the Green
Southern Network:
  • Verona, Pa: Longwood at Oakmont
  • Washington, Pa: Southmont, Southminster Place, and Woodside Place of Washington
  • Oakmont, Pa: The Willows, Westminster Place, and Woodside Place of Oakmont
MyAgency team members will be hired as Casual team members and will not have as much consistency or choice in their work schedule. They will often have to create their schedules from what is available after permanent staff have made their selection.   BUT if you decide to join our permanent staff - no hassles about contracts and buyouts.  Why you will love working at MyAgency:

What we are looking for: We need LPNs who will plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate nursing care for a designated group of residents.  Our LPNs are required to:
  • Hold a current Pennsylvania LPN License in good standing
  • Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members
  • Provide leadership and direction to CNAs
