Pay Range = $15.56 - $22.87 basedon skills and experience, with the ability to move up to top pay BEFORE the endof your probation period

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all phases of setting up and operatingmachinery (flexo folder gluer, rotary die cutter). The Operator is alsoresponsible for safety, quality, productivity, and waste.
Act as the leader for the crew in future training process.
Mount printing and cutting dies to cylinder/shaft.
Perform multiple quality checks on each order.
Verify material based on customer requirements, prior torunning.
Work with team to meet daily goals.
Accurately record production data into computer daily.
Perform preventative maintenance and housekeeping.
Follow all process and procedures in place with safety rulesand regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

BASICQUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years factory experience preferred
Strong safety background, good attendance record, andexcellent communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS& ABILITIES:
Ability to understand, execute, and provide verbal andwritten instructions.
Strong problem solving skills.
Strong computer skills with the ability to accuratelycomplete all required computer/paperwork tasks.
