The position of Product Specialist answers directly to the Sales Management and is directly involved in resolving customer needs as it relates to the automotive sales process and conducting sales related marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities will include: Assisting customers in selecting a vehicle to purchase based on needs and desires

Answer customer questions in regards to features and options available

Assisting customers all the way through the purchase process from start to finish

Calling, Texting, and Emailing potential customers daily

Scheduling Appointments for prospective customers
