Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team for our PHP/IOP program in MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ (00831)! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you!
 
Our agency is growing and we expect this to be a full time position, with a possible start around 25-30 hours if full time is not an immediate need. We aim to offer virtual hours as well, but it is a largely hybrid position (presently 100% virtual).

CFW was founded by a double board certified psychiatrist, who remains actively involved in the clinical care of all patients.

Applicants should ideally be clinically sound, driven, ethical, quick learners and team players!

We are growing as we have been known for prioritizing evidence based patient care and clinical ethics.

PTO, 401k, healthcare provided when eligible (time with company). Paid holidays for full time.

Salary contingent on experience and competitive.

Responsibilities 
  • Perform intake assessments
  • Provide group and individual therapy for adults and teens
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient notes and treatment plan
  • Perform wellness checks as needed
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
  • Current LAC, LSW, LPC or LCSW
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
  • Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification preferred
