With our rich history, starting out in 1935, we served the employees of the Mosinee Paper Mill with a tiny office in their punch house. Growing continually over the years, we currently serve over 16,000 members in five different Central Wisconsin communities.
As an MSR II, your primary responsibilities are to ensure a positive member experience by:

  • Serving as Member Service Representative II
  • Complete teller transactions, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Opening and closing all savings accounts, all types of checking accounts, HSA's, Certificates, IRA's, and all other credit union products and services.
  • Use every member contact as an opportunity to advise members about additional services or programs that might improve their financial future.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective, professional business relations with members by performing a wide variety of member service and clerical tasks related to MSR II duties.
  • Supporting other staff within the branch and all other duties as assigned.

Looking for someone who has one to two years of account opening experience, and related experience. We are a highly member-focused credit union. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build relationships and rapport with members and staff.
