Description As a Capture Manager joining our dynamic and growing team, you'll spearhead the integration of our groundbreaking autonomous pilot system into military aircraft. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and aviation experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions that redefine the future of flight. Responsibilities: Understand market segments, target customer base and target industry verticals Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies to secure win business in the Public Sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Manage and track progress against the go to market campaigns we have for the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, challenges, and priorities. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the capture process, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including proposal development, project management, and technical experts, to ensure the successful execution of capture strategies. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and position the organization favorably in the government procurement landscape. Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the capture process, developing contingency plans as needed. Qualifications:

Excellent organizational, account management, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on understanding customer needs and requirements. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of client and partner organizations. Effective at sharing and communicating knowledge and supporting teammates Highly organization and self-sufficient High degree of integrity by honoring commitments and demonstrating consistent follow-up and follow-through Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, advanced degree a plus Basic understanding of business principles, strategic planning, and stakeholder management Proficient with Microsoft Office Tool Suite & Google Suite Excellent research, analytical and data interpretation skills to derive actionable insights Experience with revenue operations a plus Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
