• Record patient medical histories and symptoms accurately and efficiently
• Transcribe detailed information from healthcare providers during patient visits
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all legal requirements
• Assist in clinical documentation improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping

• Experience in medical terminology and healthcare documentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing medical information
• Proficient in typing and data entry with high speed and accuracy
• Knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
