Provisions for relocation 100% outpatient Light, shared call (no hospital call) Minimum Qualifications Required Qualifications & Abilities: Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Minimum 3 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant within an out-patient Primary Care clinic Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices Excellent oral and written communication skills Respect for patient's confidentiality Compassionate and approachable Responsible and trustworthy Attend work regularly and on time About Us Pacific Medical Group ( is a well-established primary care group with 6 Primary Care clinics throughout the greater Portland metropolitan area and is part of the Praxis Health family of clinics located across the Pacific Northwest.
