Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Providence in Waco, Texas. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination with other healthcare disciplines.
- Provide exceptional patient care, prioritizing their needs and comfort throughout their stay.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license to practice in the state of Texas.
- Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a medical-surgical setting.
