Our team’s focus is ensuring our intelligence customers have the right tools, technologies, and tactics to keep pace with an ever-evolving security landscape and succeed in their pursuit to protect people and critical assets.The National Security Sector of Leidos is seeking a Sr. IC Awards Project Specialist to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position, up front. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:Primary ResponsibilitiesManages IC Awards, Updates ICD 655• Coordinates the National Intelligence Awards Program (NIAP), to include correspondence with all IC Agencies• Organizes databases, edits award nominations, participates in Awards Board administrative duties• Handles logistics for award packages and presentations• Updates Awards database• Assists with setting up Award Selection Boards• Works with Genesis Lite Data Base• Proofs /edits Award nominations• Interfaces with government stakeholders within HC, PA, EEO, DEI, 18 IC Agencies, other task order PMs, DEIA Lead, Advocacy LeadBasic QualificationsBA/BS and a minimum of 18 years of experience or a Masters and 10 yearsTS/SCI with Poly level clearance is required.Familiarity with the National Intelligence Awards Program (NIAP)Excellent oral and written communications to include email correspondence, database updates, award nominations, vetting of award packages and presentationExpert technical writing and quality assurance for all deliverables and award artifactsProven successful execution of IC Awards processes/activities to include policy development, writing reports, communications, Awards BoardsExpert proficiency with MS Office tools and the Awards DatabaseOriginal Posting Date:While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
