As a Senior Business Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving and executing product and process improvements within Private Client Services. You will work closely with business owners and stakeholders to design business processes, identify gaps, define future requirements, develop business cases, and make recommendations to enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Lead design sessions and capture requirements in partnership with the technology team to ensure timely delivery of product development. Drive product management and process improvements, focusing on initiatives that optimize business processes and operations. Support and improve user engagement by leading UAT, iterative sprint testing, providing guidance and solutions to enhance overall processes. Partner with business stakeholders to develop, implement CI recommendations and driving the voice of the customer regularly.

Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Financial Services/Asset Management industry. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Analytical and continuous improvement mindset, with a proficiency in using data to inform decisions and measure success. Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities. Experience in drafting and managing business updates for various audiences and levels of management. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to develop clear and comprehensive recommendations on next steps.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
