Mechanical Assembler

Job Description Job Description Experienced Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers wanted! EverStaff is seeking skilled Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers for a Direct Hire opportunity at a rapidly expanding Cleveland company! As an essential part of our production process, you will play a crucial role in assembling both mechanical and electrical components to the highest standards of quality and precision.

Compensation: $18-20 per hour; depending on experience

Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical assembly tasks, including wiring, soldering, and circuit testing, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Execute mechanical assembly operations, utilizing hand tools and equipment to assemble parts and components accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough part inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues or discrepancies that may arise during the production process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a demonstrated ability to perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension skills to interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical documents.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all assembly tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while adhering to production schedules and deadlines
