*Summary:*

This position maintains gas meters, regulators and relief valves, RTU & SCADA equipment and related communication equipment, valves and valve operators, gas filters, and auxiliary equipment such as electrical generators in a manner to meet operational needs in compliance with partnership and regulatory requirements.

*Essential duties and responsibilities:*

_To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The essential job duties for this position are listed below:_

* Maintain and operate facilities in compliance with applicable specifications, codes, safety standards and operating procedures.
* Perform periodic accuracy tests including the calibration, inspection and maintenance of all equipment related to quality and quantity determination
* Install instrumentation and equipment in new and renovated measurement and/or regulation facilities.
* Inspect and maintain all pressure and volumetric control equipment.
* Collect gas samples in compliance with partnership safety and industry guidelines.
* Participate in partnership safety program and initiatives.

*Required Education:*

* High school diploma or GED.

*Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:*

* Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
* Level B requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
* Level A requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.

*Required Qualifications:*

* Detailed knowledge of applicable EPA, DOT, RRC, OSHA, NEC, AGA, API and GPA requirements and procedures.
* Work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication skills to interface with customer base.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.
* Some college or technical trade school is preferred.
