Materials Coordinator

*MUST BE LOCAL TO WILLISTON, NORTH DAKOTA OR SURROUNDING AREA*<br><br><strong>Receiving PO's/GR Equipment</strong><br><ul><li>Physical check in</li><li>QC & issue deliveries</li><li>Put away stock and stage non-stock material manage and track PO's.</li><li>Process paperwork and alert requestor of deliveries</li><li>Send PO materials to proper locations as directed.</li><li>Setting up bin locations for materials</li><li>Proper handling/storage for each different type of equipment</li><li>Safely loading/offloading inbound and outbound equipment</li><li>Clear labeling for project equipment</li><li>Handle deliveries and assist Crestwood as defined by Company's contractual obligations.</li><li>Handle deliveries and assist DNOW when needed.</li><li>Non-Conformance Reporting - notify all affected parties and assist in issue resolution if necessary.</li><li>Bin audits - Utilizing bin reports and confirming bin locations are up to date at the discretion of Supply Chain.</li><li>Load and unload inventory/non-inventory from vendors as well as field operations.</li><li>Over 100 Crews</li><li>I&E/Electrical/Construction/Maintenance/Field Techs</li><li>Freight</li><li>General deliveries</li><li>Tubing/Rods/Surface Equipment/Buildings/Vessels</li></ul><br><strong>MT Processing</strong><br><ul><li>Manage the processing of Material Transfers (MTs) for the field.</li><li>Ensuring accurate recording of MTs.</li><li>Conduct verification of capital expenditure in comparison to the 120.200 inventory.</li><li>Establish effective communication channels with operations.</li><li>Quarterly inventory reconciliation participation and assistance</li><li>Investigate discrepancies in inventory by collaborating with various teams to identify the whereabouts of missing materials and conduct reconciliation research to resolve issues.</li><li>Manage the integration of returned materials from the field into the inventory system.</li><li>Ensure a presence at the counter when not loading/offloading in yard, aiding customers by picking and issuing materials.</li><li>Handle will-call and after-hours responsibilities.</li><li>Packaging/managing/kit materials.</li><li>Flare Monitoring Equipment Management</li><li>H2S Level Equipment Management</li></ul><br><strong>Supply Chain</strong><br><ul><li>Assist with equipment refurbishment programs.</li><li>Communication between field and vendor.</li><li>Help with Firetube/Valves/Motors/Actuators/Marta-Co/ESP Clamps/ESP Trailers/ESP Equipment/Tubing/Rods programs as needed.</li><li>Manage physical cycle counts.</li><li>Scheduled/un-scheduled requested by operations.</li><li>Submit to ND Supply Chain team for review.</li><li>Assist with rental equipment.</li><li>GPS Installation on larger equipment/trailers</li><li>Sticker installation</li><li>Count of rental equipment in yards</li><li>Assist with maintenance of rental equipment.</li><li>Participate in weekly yard/safety meetings.</li><li>Pause and/or stop work.</li><li>Formally communicate hazards.</li></ul><br><strong>Transportation</strong><br><ul><li>Assist in organizing efficient and safe loads.</li><li>Non-charged loads utilized for yard and field whenever there isn't a backhaul already accounted for</li><li>Optimization of logistics to and from the field and yards</li><li>Assists operations with moving equipment between yards as requested.</li></ul><br><strong>Equipment Maintenance/Rental/Building</strong><br><ul><li>Assists with Oil Changes/Welding/Tires/Lights/Couplers/Batteries/Safety Equipment/Building Maintenance/Plumbing/Boiler Maintenance/Fence/Gates/Signage/Doors when necessary.</li><li>Assists with winterize equipment.</li><li>Assists in scheduling Fuel/Def/Seasonal additives/Grease for field and yards.</li><li>Assists in seasonal PM for Company owned/3rd party equipment in yards as needed.</li></ul><br><strong>Organization & Housekeeping </strong><br><br><ul><li>Clean, organize and manage warehouses and yards.</li><li>Assist in snow removal.</li><li>Assist in dirt work/yard maintenance/Scoria/salt and sand.</li><li>Assist in removal of stuck vehicles.</li><li>Assist with parking lot cleanliness.</li><li>Sweeper</li><li>Assist in weed spraying.</li><li>Assist with conex management.</li><li>Shelving/Moving/Storage</li><li>Dewatering</li><li>Installation and maintenance of racking in warehouses and conex's</li><li>Yard reorganization</li></ul><br><strong>Waste Disposal </strong><br><ul><li>Manage trash disposal & coordinate with vendor for pickups.</li><li>Auditing waste receptacles for compliance with company standards.</li><li>Assist with T-Norm management and clean up.</li><li>Assist with chemical management.</li><li>Clean Harbors - oily debris</li><li>Oversight of waste cleanup.</li><li>Oversight of recycling programs</li><li>Metal/Wire/Battery/Wood</li><li>Working with EHS to ensure products are removed timely/safely.</li></ul><br><strong>Yard Closures</strong><br><ul><li>Waste disposal - see above.</li><li>Material/equipment MT's and relocation</li><li>Transportation of materials and waste</li><li>Oversight of 3rd party contractors</li><li>Assist with organization/standardization of pipe into receiving yards.</li><li>Assist with reconciliation of material/equipment counts.</li><li>Collaboration with a variety of company associated entities to provide appropriate transition.</li><li>Electrical/Dirt/EHS</li><li>TNORM remediation oversight</li></ul>
